Two summers ago, we started a shared iPhone note called “good questions” after bonding over our hatred for small talk and monotonous questions.

Hundreds of questions later, we decided to turn it into a game and an art project. Designed in collaboration with Kate Bonner, CANDID is a traditional deck of playing cards that doubles as conversation starters. There are no rules here. You make them.

CANDID comes in a vintage cigarette tin and can be used for quiet evenings with old friends or late nights with new ones. Play cards, share what's real, be candid with one another and create the kind of conversations that turned two strangers into us.
